NOTE: Our primary means of communicating with our customers is via email. Please make certain that the email you provide is valid and one that you check regularly. OUR ONLINE AND IN STORE RETURN POLICIES DIFFER.
Shipping & Delivery
Unless specifically noted, orders will ship on the next business day via shipping method paid for. If you chose, FIXED shipping, it will go out via USPS. FedEx Shipping is available upon checkout for an additional fee. If you would like to upgrade to a faster shipping method after your purchase, please contact us. Our standard shipping is done via USPS Priority Mail and should arrive within 2-3 business days. IN STORE PICK UP will be available within 1 business day. If you have questions regarding shipping, email us at shipping@goodnightmoon.us NOTE: we don't process orders on Sundays and Holidays. FREE SHIPPING: free shipping is sent out via USPS and should arrive within 2-5 business days. SIGNATURE REQUIRED: unless otherwise noted, signatures may be required for delivery and may delay the actual date of arrival.
Privacy & Security
Privacy is important to us. We never sell or share your contact details, ever.
Returns & Replacements
Returns must be done within 14 days of order being shipped. There are no returns on special occasion, special order or embroidered items. All returns must have tags still attached and have no visible signs of wear. We cannot return swim or resort items due to obvious health reasons.You have a few options for returning your item(s):

  • 1. Return to our store in Minneapolis. For those nearby, this is a great option because you can be issued store credit or choose from options within our larger, in-store inventory
  • 2. Ship Back to our Store. For those who can't reach our store, please email us at returns@goodnightmoon.us for a return authorization. Items returned with a return authorization may not be accepted. When shipping back to our store, please send via a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost returns.


  • Returned items are always inspected and if a replacement is immediately available, we will ship the replacement back via your originally chosen method. If you would like expedite your return, please make certain you detail that in your return email.

    Refunds
    We refund in the same method paid.
    Ordering
    We trust you know your child or how you are ordering. If you have questions about sizing, colors or other specific details please contact us. Additionally, many of our lines are unique and cut to order. As a result, not all pieces are exactly like shown on the website. Again, if these are concern you have, contact us prior to placing an order. Our goal is to make you as happy as possible.

    We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express. Prices and subject to change at anytime - with or without notice. We hold no obligation to honor past promotions or pricing schemes.
